To ensure a smoother hospital stay, please prepare according to the following list. You may also confirm details by phone if needed.
Essential Items
- Original ID card
- Past medical records (test reports, diagnoses, medication history)
- Current medications (must be truthfully disclosed to doctors)
- Emergency contact information
Daily Necessities
- 3–5 sets of comfortable change clothes
- Slippers and sports shoes
- Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, etc.)
- Water cup, tissues
- Seasonal outerwear or light layers
Optional Items
- Books, magazines, or notebook
- Family photos
- Comfortable pillow or blanket
- Headphones (for relaxation audio)
Not Recommended or Prohibited Items
- Any alcohol-containing products (mouthwash, perfume, etc.)
- Sharp objects (knives, scissors, etc.)
- Lighters and matches
- Large amounts of cash or valuables
- Medications not approved by doctors
Special Pre-Admission Reminders
Do not abruptly stop drinking on your own. Sudden alcohol cessation in heavy long-term drinkers may cause tremors, sweating, anxiety, insomnia, or in severe cases, confusion, hallucinations, or seizures. Safer withdrawal management should begin after medical evaluation.
- Truthfully disclose alcohol consumption amount, drinking history, last drinking time, and any prior withdrawal symptoms
- Inform staff of all current medications, especially sedatives, anti-anxiety, or antidepressants
